Today Demi from The Starfire Codes Suggested an exercise to get rid of the anxiety I felt in my solar plexus from an upcoming show I will be part of in the future. I do this by taking the butterflies in my stomach and redirecting them from fear to anticipating the important show. I knew I had to re-stack this yesterday because this poem really spoke to me. And now I know why it was talking! Have a blessed day🤗✨
