I'm reminded of why I started taking Tai Ch'i in the 1980's. I have an orthopedic condition that yoga WAS NOT helping with, whereas Tai Ch'i is rhythmic, natural, in tune with pulse, heartbeat, breathing, instead of causing incapacitation & tendon injuries.

I do a senior yoga class on Wednesday and I like the Warrior 1 pose. I get a good stretch!!
